OUR WISHES

  • All cars entering the property must stop at the office and register. Any unregistered vehicles will be subject to being towed at owner’s expense.

            *no vehicles will be let in without first registering at the office.


  • All registered guests will be issued wristbands. If you are stopped without the band, you will be asked to show proof that you have one. If you cannot, you will be at risk of being asked to leave the premises or be charged $75 per night.  There will be no refund if you choose to leave.


  • Maintain quiet from 10 pm - am.


  • Pets can swim in the designated river area located between campsite 5 and the cliff area. Owners must keep pets on a leash and clean up after them. No pets in Cabins or Motels please. If caught there will be a $150 charge per pet per night.


  • Effective January 1, 2019 pet fee is $25 per stay per pet.  No aggressive dogs (large or small) allowed. 


  • Pet limit: 2 pets per RV site.


  • No hunting, shooting guns, B-B guns, sling shots, or fireworks permitted.


  • No 4 wheelers, ATVs, electric scooters, golf carts or mini bikes may be operated on this property.


  • No tents are allowed at our facility for any reason. ​


  • Motorcycles can enter and exit the property. No off-road joy riding. Please be respectful of the noise level while on Riverbend Property.


  • Please help keep the facilities and grounds clean. No littering especially in the river and the pond. Free trash bags are available at the gift shop.


  • ​All trash must be bagged.


  • Please pick up after yourself. Ie - chairs, coolers, cookers, etc.


  • Please do not damage or destroy trees, shrubs, or wildlife. Campfires in grills and fire rings only. Firewood can be purchased at the gift shop. No cutting of limbs or trees.


  • For health and sanitation please help keep the bathhouse clean and sanitary. Clean up after yourself and please let staff know if aggressive cleaning is needed.


  • No glass containers in or around the river.


  • Fishing in the pond is catch and release only.


  • Absolutely no diving from rocks/cliff or trees into the river. Your safety is first priority!


  • When and if Riverbend is notified of a flash flood watch/warning, all guests in the affected area will need to move to higher ground.


  • SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!  No lifeguard on duty.


  • No smoking inside rentals.


  • DANGER: Do NOT tamper with any breaker/electrical boxes!!! Customer is responsible for any breaker/electrical damage, repair and costs.


  • No generators or large outdoor fans please. Please be respectful of the noise level while on Riverbend Property. 


  • This is a family campground, out of respect for small children please no loud profanity or intoxication disturbances.


  • Speed limit 5 mph at all times.  Families at play!


  • RV SITES: Texas Law requires that sewer hoses are connected using a threaded connector or rubber donut.


  • WILDLIFE:  Please respect the wildlife and do not spotlight, harass, chase or throw items at them. Yes, this includes deer and birds.


  • We cater to families, churches, weddings, and family reunions, and many other friendly group activities. However, we do not permit groups under the age of 25 to camp without legal parents or guardians present at all times.

*Riverbend is not responsible for accidents!  You are responsible for your party and your own safety.


*We ask you to please respect our property and leave the room/site how you found it.  Riverbend reserves the right to charge a cleaning/damage fee up to, and not limited to $25 if the room/site is not left in a clean condition at check-out.  Riverbend reserves the right to charge the card on file. If your credit card is not valid any longer, legal action will be taken. 

 

*There will be a $25 charge for lost, damaged and unreturned gate key cards. 

* We reserve the right to refuse admittance to our camp to anyone, and the right to expel those not conforming to the rules of good conduct and safety! If asked to leave no refund will be given. 

*Please read through our rules and regulations carefully as they are enforced by this facility, and some of these rules are enforced by the state of Texas to ensure the dignity of the river and campgrounds, and safety of guests.
